Are the server moves you announced affecting email delivery? I have not been able to access my email accounts since 2:41 AM today. The web portion is fine, but inbound and outbound mail has completely stopped on 65.98.100.186

Hi,
We are using "express transfer" feature available in WHM, so the DNS zone file is updated on source server as well. Thus, there should be no downtime during the transfer. If you are using the IP address to connect to the server for mail sending, please update it to the new one: 64.22.117.28. Or you can use your domain name instead (which is better).
That was it. I was using the IP. Thanks!
Is there a reason why you were connecting via IP rather than the domain name?

This is a mess. This only works on my main domain. Mail is still not working on my subdomains like deafchurchsa.com. It fails to connect by IP, mail.otbdesign.com or mail.deafchurchsa.com
Domain name sporadically has caused issues for us for years, so IP has worked well.
Both of the domains are resolving to the new server on my end:
> nslookup mail.otbdesign.com
Name: otbdesign.com
Address: 64.22.117.28
Aliases: mail.otbdesign.com
> nslookup mail.deafchurchsa.com
Name: deafchurchsa.com
Address: 64.22.117.28
Aliases: mail.deafchurchsa.com
Please execute these commands on your computer. If IP address of the mail aliases is correct and you still can't use the domain in your email client settings, please open a support ticket on our HelpDesk.
