Who is this employee, Fictitious Maybe , Never responds

I received a e-mail and have sent this person 2 e-mails @ anna.m@whbsupport.com
she claims to be my dedicated account manager and personal contact.

Well she is either ficttitous, no longer works for whb, or just does not respond to clients at all.

I would appreciate a response from management of whb on this matter, I have submitted support tickets regarding this and they have not answered this question also

Your Account Manager Anna M is still working for WHB and the delay with the reply to the ticket was caused by the fact that she was absent several days.

You have also mentioned several tickets, that have not been responded, may be you have the ticket IDs, so that we could check, cause I can see only one ticket that is waiting for the response since September 25th.

Support Ticket #SKW-772616 Support problems were addressed properly, But my question about the employee was ignored in this ticket. I was asking if she was still there at whb, The problems with the vps were fixed.
