Thread: New account can't access CPanel

    Default New account can't access CPanel

    since I'm completely new to everything lol I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it will take time for things to be in place. I signed up last night, got my welcome email, can click the link to my website no problem but when I try the Cpanel link and the log in box comes up I put in the in username and password from email. The message says login failed, then server not found.

    Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

    welp I guess I just needed to wait. Cause it's working fine now.
