Question Problems installing Apache fork/memory allocation error [solved]

I uninstalled Apache in my VPS (running fedora) and now when I try to re-install httpd I get this error:

Couldn't fork %pre(httpd-2.2.15-1.fc11.1.x86_64): Cannot allocate memory
    error

    The free command shows this:

    Memory
    total used free
    524288 413320 110968

I was having the fork/allocated memory error before... and that was the reason I decided to reinstall apache.

Can anyone tell me what is going on?

    Thanks!

OK the problem was a heavy database... I am dealing with that now.
