You may be under a mistaken impression. I registered my first domain names in 1999, and I was using the Internet before the WWW existed.

Join the club. What was that browser add-on we used to access the WWW? Not Netscape, before that.

Anyway it was just a joke, not directed at anyone.

I recall using Mosaic. But before the WWW existed, I was using Anarchie, Veronica, Usenet, etc. Most people today can't even imagine an Internet without the WWW.
