    Default Reseller1 issue?

    I had my team state that Reseller1 was down on Thu, Dec 16, 2010 around 11:15 AM shortly. It's back up. Any ideas?

    There was an abusive account that caused a temporary high load. The account was suspended and services returned to normal.
