Default Transferring My Web Site No HELP FROM WHB SUPPORT!

I tried getting help from WHB on numerous occasion's. I've been a paying customer since 2009. At first, I thinking WHB is a really cool service. But they clearly contradicted themselves from their 411 on their support vs. their emails to me.

Background 411: I'm not a web designer nor a programmer. I'm presently a career changer & mostly college student learning how to do all of this stuff but I'm in the early stages. Since I am in my early learning stages, I'm excited about fixing all of the errors, having an outlet for my creativity and becoming a profitable business.

I have a cool web site that I created the concept, flow charted, images, content & layout. But the person I paid screwed up the programming & balance of the web site. I can't afford to pay anyone else to fix what's screwed up.

Presently: I've been trying to move my web site to my own server on WHB. They had me create a addon, upload my web site archive & now I'm stuck there. On the manuel, & on their support pages, they state if they will help you restore your web site.

I can't afford either to keep paying where my web site is being hosted. So I need to do something ASAP!!!!

The server where my web site is on is a DircetAmin & WHB is cPanel. WHB Support Knowledge Based Section labeled: "How Can I Transfer My Hosting Account To You", specifically say in their manuel they will restore you're web site & they didn't. I'v added a link section stating this.

I need help & I need it fast. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's very much appreciated.

First we’d like to mention that WebHostingBuzz provides cPanel-based hosting and in the order form you can see that DirectAdmin support is announced but not provided yet. Most likely we will not provide DirectAdmin support as cPanel is more powerful and feature rich. Stating that we will assist with the transfer of your account we mean that we will assist with restoration of full cPanel backup.

As we understand, you have a dedicated or virtual private server with us and in your WHM there is an option of DirectAdmin-to-cPanel account transfer(WHM >> Transfers >> Copy an account from another server >> Remote Server Type: DA) and you can try transferring your account using this option. This function is in beta-testing now and you might face some bugs and errors during this transfer.

As mentioned, we offer a free cPanel > cPanel service to all of our clients. We are not all that familiar with DirectAdmin. Is there sufficient interest if we go away and learn DirectAdmin and then offer a transfer service for a nominal charge, say $5 or $10 to transfer all of the accounts?

Account transfers can take up to 2-3 hours of system admin time.
