    Default Account Suspended? Why? How can I contact anyone?

    Hi,
    I tried to access my websites and then cPanel, but rec'd a message that my account was suspended and "Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible." (My account is manzee.com)

    1. I would like to know why my account was suspended. A reason would be nice and the opportunity to fix any problem would be even nicer.

    2. How does a person contact the billing or support departments? There is no contact info anywhere on the TWRPS site or on this forum (that I can find).

    If my account is being suspended it would be appropriate to inform the user AND provide them with contact information.

    So, does anyone know how I can contact this mysterious billing or support department?

    I don't know what TWRPS is.

    There certainly is WHB contact information on the WHB site, and on these forum pages. You can contact WHB support by registering and opening a support ticket at https://www.whbsupport.com/

    Hi Alan,
    TWRPS is Teamwork Revolution Power System. It is the group that I signed up for hosting through. I had thought the hosting was part of their organization and did not know it was separate. I guess TWRPS is just a reseller.

    I had never seen a WHB site before and never knew there was one. Again, I thought it was part of TWRPS. Now I know better.

    Thank you for the support link. I did do a search on "support" and one on "billing" but nothing came up. Oh well.

    Since you are a client of TWRPS, I suggest that you contact them for support. That's who you pay, so that's who must support you.

    Of course if you want to open an account at WHB and deal directly with WHB, I'm sure WHB would welcome you.
