Logging into cpanel to do my monthly backup I see this notice:

I'm not sure if this is new or I just haven't noticed it before, but all I'm getting at that addy is a 403 Forbidden error. Can anyone advise? I miss instant email notifications of server issues!

We have switched on this option recently but currently status.webhostingbuzz.com is under development, that's why there is no possibility to test it at the moment. It will start working soon.

In order not to confuse our clients we will remove this option from cPanel until it's ready for use.

Oh, the notice is gone. So, any idea how soon instant email notifications of server issues be restored?

No ETA can be currently provided, as the system is still in development stage.

We will make an announcement as soon as it is ready to use.

As for email notifications, you should get such emails if you are subscribed to the forum thread dedicated to the server you are hosted on, as we always post notifications about server issues on our forums.

That would be nice, but it's still not working. The best I can do is subscribe as often as "daily". That could be 24 hours after the downtime.

I haven't tried this one myself, but it's said to work with vb4: Instant New Thread Notification
