Unfortunately, the server you are hosted on is being subject to a complex DDoS attack at the moment. In particular, the attack is targeting the FTP service, therefore it is currently inaccessible.

Mr. Felix O. has informed me about an hour ago through my support ticket that the DDOS attack is over.
I'd like to inform you that until now, we still cannot access all my client sites hosted on RS9. I tried pinging several times some of the sites but not successful. See sample result below -

Ping and tracert (traceroute) responses have been temporarily disabled on the server as one of the measures against DDoS. But you should be now able to view your web sites and connect by FTP.
