CSS is the worst torture inflicted on amateur webmasters like myself since um... HTML. But fortunately these days sites tend to use CMS's anyway so for the most part I can ignore both!

LOL. Once you get somewhat familiar with CSS, you'll wonder how you ever did without it.

Unfortunately some CMSs use poor CSS, causing display issues.
