Quotas and Bandwidths

Hello Everyone!

It's me again and I have a question about quotas and bandwidths. I know what the numbers are, but I wanted to verify if these numbers should be divided amongst each customer or if this means the numbers I am entitled to can also be given to my customers.

Also, I am having trouble understanding the graph in the WHM Panel about 'limiting factors'. The limiting factor for my account, which is the Silver Plan, has the number '1'. Shouldn't this be more?

As a side note, overselling is enabled. It is unlikely your customers would use the full allocations that you give them so you can generally offer "bigger" packages.
