As I've done numerous times in the past, I've created a site using a subdomain (public-html/thecasualkings). This was done over the course of a month. Today, I decided to point the domain name to the subdomain using an addon domain, again, as I've done numerous times without issue. Unfortunately, when I try to create the addon domain I get the following error:

Error from domain wrapper: thecasualkings.afamilyaffair.org is owned by another user.

If I create an addon domain for a subdomain which does not yet exist all works well. However, this error seems to come when trying to create an addon domain for an existing subdomain.

Any ideas? Do I need to specify different account information? If so, what? I'm seriously confused as this was not an issue with the previous version of CPanel.

And YES, I submitted a support ticket. However, this is a rather urgent issue.
