Default Server down 3 times on first day

Despite signing up to a business hosted web server and being assureed by sales how great the service is my site has timeed out 3 times today.

This is in the first day of being with WebHostingBuzz

The last timeout was for about 10 minutes

I'm told to go and read this post (sorry can't post I'm not trusted argh)

I can't post a response in this thread.

99.99% uptime means about 50minutes downtime in a year.

In my first day I've been down for approx 20 minutes

I'm not saying your site wasn't down, but please make sure it is really down the next time it appears to happen. See this blog article for simple ways to check if your site is actually down, or if perhaps you just have connection issues:

Since several people around the world tell me when my site is down I'll ignore your comment.

Also confirmed by support that their was(or still might be) a network issue.

You neglected to say that in your post. If you want help from user forums, you should provide complete information so as not to mislead us.

If you want to avoid being temporarily banned in forums, not just this one, avoid making obviously useless posts. Moderation limits for new users are there for a reason.

Did you not read my earlier advice. Now you're just being an ass, and asking to be banned.

PHP overrides can be made in php.ini, for magic quotes or other features. Support can give you the php.ini for your server, which you can edit.

OK thanks, I guessed it was an admin job, emailed them earlier but no response yet. Thought I could do it in .htaccess

Read my reply. It's not an admin job. You can edit your own php.ini. I just suggest that you do so by modifying the existing php.ini which can be obtained from Support.

.htaccess can not effect php overrides on servers with this configuration.

It's still not clear that you understand what I wrote. Support can give you a copy of the server's php.ini. It's up to you to edit it to your needs.
