Account suspended now for one week. One two responses from staff.

My account was suspended October 5, 2011. I emailed immediately asking for clarification. On that same day, I got onto the live WHB help chat. The person there assured me that the staff were taking care of it, and it should be fixed by the end of that day. I didn't hear anything else that day, which I was fine with. On Thursday Oct 6, I got this email:

Dear Customer,

Your VPS has used all available RAM (even burstable).
The output of the process list proves this fact (it is provided below).
At this moment we see a lot of wp-cron process run with the privileges of 'caymania' user '.
Should we terminate them in order to get free RAM which will let your other sites work?

I immediately replied with this:

Wow, that is not me. I just browsed through this list. I didn't authorize or run all of these! Someone is hacking my account. I am not very tech savvy, so the output of the server is only vaguely informative to me, but that "caymania" is definitely not me.
Yes, Please terminate them! I don't even know how to run cron jobs.

I have since heard nothing from anyone. It is now a week since my sites were down. This is the second time my sites have been hacked with hosting from WHB.

I also see multiple users involved in the discussion but can't find your reply in this ticket. Could you please check with your colleagues and update the ticket with your final decision?

I didn't get the reply to adjust my cron settings. And, I don't know how to do that. I would need instruction.
Multiple users? There is just me. I did copy and paste some emails on whbsupport.com.
Could you please resend the email advising me to adjust the wp cron settings?
