Default Support Request Submit in cPanel

I've raised a few requests using https://www.whbsupport.com/ which have been handled in a very timely manner.

A few days ago I rasied one using the facility in cPanel. No one responded so after 12 hours or so I raised again via whbsupport and had a response in an hour.

Just thought I'd mention it in case these are disapearing somewhere.

The Contact form and Support Request Submit features are disabled in cPanel, as we have a separate website for our help desk available at http://www.whbsupport.com, so your support request has not been received by our technical team and it wasn't processed in this connection.

We have replaced these forms with a link to the help desk on most of our servers, however it's still there on some of them.

Sorry if this has caused inconvenience. Please use the help desk in the future, our support tickets are usually processed in under one hour, so you will always be able to get timely and adequate assistance.

I thought as much, just thought I'd mention it so it can be removed.

I'd be really annoyed if I'd used it to report a critical fault only to find it hadn't gone anywhere.

We will look into this, and will try to remove these forms where possible.

    Thank you for your suggestion.
