I don't remember who it was that I was live chatting with, however, I do thank them and the staff of WHB for resolving the inability of me to access my websites.

Colin, thank you for your kind words, we do appreciate them. Just in case you have any more issues, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible.
Yea, but it's a minor issue, WHM password ain't working, ...
Pretty sure it's because I changed it and neglected to update my local password file, just need to be a detective and figure out which one.
Probably finish this post and go "Oh Yeah!".
You can open a live chat support, provide us with verification details (full name, address, phone number, transaction ID/Invoice#) and we will gladly reset WHM password for you.
Thanks, I got it, narrowed it down to one of two passwords from the 40 or 50 passwords for the domain overall and then made a very good guess.
P.S. External password file contains over 500 usernames & passwords for a very large number of sites, I believe in unique for each.
Colin, please keep in mind that our new billing system allows you to reset the main WHM password at your convenience.
So, if you are a reseller client, you can login to the client area here https://my.webhostingbuzz.com/clientarea.php, go to My Services section, choose your hosting account there by clicking on the little icon next to it and specify the new password on the next page.
