    Default Site builder

    Hi,

I'm new here and considering moving all my accounts. I spent a lot of time figuring out some of the concerns that I had. Some were answers by support and some weren't.

As I understood from sales, RVSiteBuilder is being removed. So what do you use as a replacement? I'm looking for a simple tool that assists basic users create their own site vs creating a site with Joomla or similar tools.

    Thank you

    Hello,

There are a number of tools such as Microsoft Expression Web, Macromedia Dreamweaver and a lot of free site builders that will produce a site of much higher quality than any cPanel-integrated website builder. We also provide Softaculous autoinstaller on all our shared and reseller plans that includes a great variety of scripts. You can check these scripts and find some of them useful for your websites' purposes.

Don't completely discount a CMS these days. Although a bit of trouble to keep the software updated, it's much easier to update the content on a regular basis. Especially if you can get others to help.

And don't stop at just considering Joomla - it's got one of the steepest learning curves out there. Consider some of the much easier CMS's like CMSMadeSimple or Wordpress.

Thank you for your suggestion of an easier CMS. I was hoping to find an equivalent to RVSiteBuilder as far as ease of use. Our end users have VERY limited computer knowledge.

Can I install CMS Made Simple in a package and have it readily available to all client accounts?

    Thanks
