    I'll say it again, I think the number of domains offered for free is VERY generous. Just because you cannot have them all at once...

    Remember, if you are buying a physical object you can do whatever you want with it. Hosting is more like a lease or a rent of services.

    If you LEASE a business end printer or copier, with some sort of service plan, you can be absolutly sure there will be a limit to the number of pages you can produce in a month. After that there are extra charges.

    Maybe that lease/service plan includes a toner each month.. If you want to buy more that's up to you.

    That said... It may not make sense to you, but it is how the offer was presented.

    A lot of things don't make sense.

    Why do we park on the driveway, and drive on the parkway?

    Default There is a problem

    I became a member here around the 4th of November 07
    Also an affiliate!
    I paid my dues for two (2) years 11/4/07 and received the confirmation.

    Several days of trying to find out what was wrong because I couldn't access
    c-panel nor place setting /domain. Apache!

    Almost daily emails asking questions about my domain name; I have them all.

    I was told my Palpal payment was returned because of suspected fraud.
    FUNNY!
    A great account, never a problem paying other host etc.

    Second time sent, today.

    OK, WHAT HAPPEN HERE?
    Daily I ask about my domain name from the 4th of November.

    I tried to reapply several times and the name is taken from the 4th
    not available.

    All of a sudden, the 11th It is online.
    A brand new site, after not available; Its a full functional site.
    Instantaneous!

    I tried daily to get this taken care of.
    Many emails asking them to take care of my domain name.
    I ask, what do you need to take care of this?

    My domain name was stolen!
    I have the records, proof.

    Now what?

    Your post does not make much sense to me. Please provide me with your ticket ID so that we can look into this. Without necessary information I do not think we would be able to help you.
