WHB 2.0 is coming soon!

We have a few nice surprises in store. A new website is 75% complete, the new billing system is even closer to completion and our new business class hosting is just around the corner.

We've also taken into close consideration the live support feedback we've been getting and to this extent, we have 10 new live support staff starting next week. Our training takes approximately 2 weeks but after this, live support response times should be even faster and lower wait times during peak periods.

We've also finished setting up our new phone system and are just waiting on some hardware to arrive; once this is migrated our phone support hours will probably be extended too.

Good work, Matt! I'm looking forward to this - especially the increased support hours. Even just pushing phone support 3 hours later so people in ALL timezones have it during working hours would be great.
