We are upgrading our helpdesk (and live support, as this is connected to it) shortly and reorganizing the departmental structure. We've doubled in staff size in the past 6 months and we need to make a few modifications to improve things from our side.
As a result, the helpdesk will be down for a couple of hours. All existing issues that have been submitted will still continue to be worked on, and if all goes to plan, you should still get email updates on issues being worked on.
I appreciate this is an inconvenience to some of you, but we've waited until outside of business hours in the US and some of these issues only became apparent today.
