Improvements at WHB
This last week has been a particularly frustrating week for us with a lot of hardware issues. It's been frusting for you because it's resulted in unwanted downtime.
I am posting this to reinforce our core WHB values; affordability, customer service and performance...
We recognize that hardware failures can and do happen and never before have we had a spate of failures like this. In order to correct things, we are slowly going to upgrade all servers to faster, more reliable hardware as well as adding RAID to our hard drives.
We added two new team members last week and we continue to add more as we expand. Safvan, myself and other members of the management team are 110% dedicated to the current and future success of WHB.

Hi Matt
Despite the many downtimes or delays in the system, I find that the support by the WHB is still the best. Keep up the good work.
May I know whether my account can be moved to the new server, please?

All servers will be upgraded, but this is a lengthy lengthy process.
What we will be doing over the next 7-10 days is bringing a couple of other servers online and "inviting" people to migrate, we'll transfer accounts over but you'll have to update your nameservers.
We're finalizing the process for this then we'll start inviting people.

No problem. Keep up the good work. I really find that WebHostingBuzz customer support is really great!

Hi Matt... I was on the Panda server and yeah - it experienced some HDD and mobo failure over the weekend but I was really glad that the status is always updated on the Shared Server status page.
That's one thing I am really grateful for... So, really good to hear that you guys are going to put in place new upgrades to prevent this from happening again.
Keep up the good work. Cheers~

Might want to keep note of individual users traffics and hosting habits, so you invite the right people to the right places. (Some who are not high-traffic, or volume users, may not have an express desire to move, once the "Other" demanding users have been relocated.)
Best to, if you manually balance the "Special" high-volume users, to equal distribution among the new servers/hardware.

Will the new servers have MailFoundry enabled? I was a beta tester and loved it. I hope you get MF working again soon.
Thanks for all your hard work,

I would like to express a interest in moving off RS6 as it seems to be having a lot of issues currently.
At time of writing of this all sites I have on my reseller package are unavailable, working in IT I understand problems happen so wont log a ticket till tomorrow if things are not up, but this is becoming quite common place on RS6 I find.

Likewise, my sites are on RS6 and currently email and websites are not working, ...
