Smart Relay server, an Intermediate mail relay, which is believed to help us with outgoing mail and mail delays problems has been deployed. 2 servers, Zeus and
Usa, are cascaded to Smart Relay at the moment.

We're monitoring it's performance. If everything will be OK with it - we'll add more servers to it during next few days.
