    Default Helpdesk upgrade

    We'll be upgrading SupportSuite system today, between 19:00 and 20:00 EST. Obviously there will be certain downtime period within that maintenance window. If possible please avoid submitting tickets during that time. We'll keep you posted on current status.

    HelpDesk is back online. We upgraded Kayako SupportSuite to latest build in order to provide a hotfix for the bug with chat sessions being dropped. Please let us know if you notice any issues with current version of HelpDesk.
