    Default Helpdesk Upgrade [COMPLETED]

    Kayako has released next stable update (3.20.02 STABLE).
    The helpdesk upgrade is scheduled for Thursday, March 20th, 9am GMT/4AM EST.
    Maintenance window will be approximaately 2 hours.

    We'll get back to you with the updates.
