Hello All,
Unfortunately we've had the fiber cut to one of our offices. This has taken approximately 50% of our staff offline. On top of this, both Safvan and I am travelling (I'm writing this message whilst sat on a train).
To summarize, this means:
* Live support - offline
* Helpdesk support - 50% capacity
* Phone support - working normally
please only send in a ticket for critical issues as we are understaffed until this s resolved. A number of staff have been sent home to work at home but they do not have access to all systems and infrastructure from home.
We appreciate your patience during this issue. It also happens days before our redundant fiber is installed to the office...
