Introduction
We have some very exciting news in this newsletter edition. We've been working extremely hard to
continually improve WebHostingBuzz and some results from several months of hard work will be visible
very soon. Read on to learn more.....

Uptime Figures
Our February and March uptime figures are available from our blog. Please note the new location of our blog,
which is www.webhostingbuzz.com/web-hosting-blog.

Customer Satisfaction Survey
Customer satisfaction is hugely important to us and we are a responsive, friendly business who wants to
maintain excellent relationships with all of our customers. We are constantly exploring new ways to do this
and we'd like some feedback on our methods. If you could complete our customer satisfaction survey at
http://www.questionpro.com/akira/TakeSurvey?id=670217 , we would be very grateful. 10 entrants (selected
at randrom) will receive a free WebHostingBuzz t-shirt.

Phone Support
Many of you have asked for it and it is something we have spent a lot of time planning, but phone support
is finally coming to WebHostingBuzz! We intend to launch this at the end of April and initially phone
support will be available on a 9-5 EST basis. If succesful, we will gradually increase phone support hours
until offering full 24x7 phone support by summer. We feel this is a huge step forward for WebHostingBuzz and
we are committed to offering the best customer service in the industry, with a number of ways to contact us.

Live Support
Not only are we launching phone support, we are also launching 24x7 live support! Again, scheduled to be live
by the end of April, you will be able to speak to a member of our team on 24x7 basis in real-time chat. More
details of our live support offering will be available shortly.

We're now a carbon neutral host!
Climate change is an issue that WebHostingBuzz takes very seriously. Whilst we do not want to enter the global
political debate about climate change, we do want to help where we can. As a result of this, we have partnered
with the International Tree Founmdation. Trees take in carbon dioxide and replace it with oxygen during
photosynthesis and help maintain a healthy level of these gases in the atmosphere. Our parntership with the ITF
means that we are sponsoring a number of worldwide tree planting projects, which offsets the carbon dioxide
produced during the generation of electricity used to power our servers.
