Default New Reseller Hosting Plans - Launching this weekend

    Hello All,

We are making some changes to our reseller plans. These plans will be launched today/tomorrow.

Our old plans have been in place for almost two years but did not distinguish themselves enough for each other and were not priced well in relation to the service we provide. Some were too cheap and this attracted the type of user who would sign up, fill the server full of accounts/free hosting/break our TOS and often resulted in server instability.

To combat this, we have done away with the old and brought in the new. We have 4 new plans ranging from $14.95 per month to $49.95 per month with a range of features to suit.

Our new plans remain very competitive within the market place; I don't know of any of our competitors that offer hosting at the same price that we do with an equivalent level of service and performance (average helpdesk response time is currently 35 minutes, average live chat response time is under 2 minutes and our phone queue is always minimal).

We've confident that our new plans will continue to make headway in improved server performance and reliability at all times and now, for the first time, we are setting up different levels of account on separate servers. As mentioned above, some of the types of customer we attracted have resulted in server instability and this will effectively lock this away.

I must add that existing resellers will NOT have their pricing modified in any way -- we have a price lock guarantee, and we are not about to break that. With that said, if any existing reseller would like to migrate to one of the new plans and the new platforms, just send in a billing ticket and we'll be very happy to accommodate.

Any questions? Just let me know.

This is good news. While it's not the answer to all issues, I believe that higher pricing will help WHB to move away from the low-budget model that has attracted so many problem clients.

Is there a way to change the limit of simultaneous FTP connections? in my case im a developer, im working on projects hosted on my reseller account.. In an emergency like before, i need to upload files at same time. sure i did with no hassle. But other domain hosted on my reseller cant connect though. Hmm, i found that that whole reseller have 4-5 connections allowed simultanoesly.

is there way to add?.. or 3 connections per domain? so other wont consume by the other?

coz even we put 4 or 10 connections on 1 reseller, it still be abusable by the other..

Sales said i need to upgrade in VPS or dedicated.. well i just started my business and im not that too wealthly.. as im just started proving my-self to my client like you do.

    Peace!!
Hoping this will be implemented.. Im very greatfull at your services..
