Important: Office Power Outage

Hi all,

We are currently suffering from a power outage in the office and our generators aren't playing ball. We are working on this and 1/2 of our team has been despatched to work from home.

In the mean time, please only contact customer support if it is an absolute emergency as we are on a very limited number of staff.

We have been back on utility power for about an hour now. We managed to get one of the generators working so powered up some of the office while some staff worked from home.

We will be checking the generators over the next few days to make sure that this is not an issue during any further power cuts.
