What do you want to see from WebHostingBuzz in 2010?

Hello all,

I hope you had a good holiday period and an excellent new year. As we look forward to 2010, I want to engage with you, our loyal customer base, and find out what you need in terms of your hosting, website and software as a service needs. Whether it be a regular hosting service that we do not offer or software as a service product that we are becoming involved in, please do comment and let us know. This is important for us as we position ourselves moving forward and we do very much value your input.

Here's a taster of some of the things we have planned:

- Windows Hosting (already in beta)
- Hosted Exchange Email Hosting
- Cloud/Grid Hosting (a true grid, not these "semi" grids we often see)
- Hosted PBX/Trixbox

I can't really say that you guys need alot of things I love the company the way it is , but you always have to move forward to compete, I would love to see some security tutorials as alot of ppl. do not secure there sites and end up having to redo them, just my two cents tho.

I can't think of anything specifically from WHB, sorry.

[rant]But one thing I think I'd like to see shared hosts publish is acceptable load limits on their shared servers. We all know 1.0 on a 1 cpu system means the CPU is full. But if one more gd host tells me a load of 4 per cpu is acceptable I'd like to strangle their money grubbing worthless asses. [/rant]
