Live Chat is now 24x7

After a couple of weeks of testing live chat, we're now 24x7 from it as of today. You can use the live chat for sales and level 1/2 technical questions.

Obviously, this is a new feature from us so it may take a week or two whilst we get fully up to speed, but we have tested this and been training on it intensively so we look forward to talking to you?

Nata and her team will be registering on the forums to say hi to you all as well
