Default CloudFlare cPanel plugin is now available

We are happy to announce that CloudFlare cPanel plugin is now installed on the majority of our web hosting, reseller hosting and business web hosting servers.

CloudFlare is a CDN (Content Delivery Network) service, which allows you to increase your site's performance and security, reducing the bandwidth consumption at the same time. CloudFlare's proxy technology gives your website a speed boost while also adding a security filter, designed to stop the frequent attacks that can deface WordPress blogs, compromise Joomla installations and the other application level hacking that many webmasters experience.

CloudFlare automatically optimizes the delivery of your pages, so that you could get the fastest page load times and the best performance.
It also provides useful security features such as reputation-based threat protection, hotlinking protection and others.

To enable CloudFlare on your website, please click the CloudFlare icon found within your cPanel.

If you have a VPS or a Dedicated Server and wish to have CloudFlare installed, please open a ticket at our helpdesk. We will install the Cloudflare application on your server within 24 hours.

CloudFlare service is available on all our shared and reseller servers now.
We have updated cPanel versions on some of the servers and now all our servers are fully compatible with CloudFlare.

    Default CloudFlare Caveats / Restrictions?

    Thanks for providing this service!

When I used cPanel to enable Cloudflare for my web sites, I saw a splash screen on the Cloudflare account creation page that listed some restrictions / caveats on the service, including, for instance, that it only works on www dot $domain not $domain itself, and that because it's a caching service when I analyze my web logs I'll see fewer visits. I'd like to re-read this whole list of caveats. However, now when I click on the Cloudflare icon on cPanel, it goes straight to my Cloudflare account page, skipping the splash/account creation screen. I can't figure out how to read that list of caveats again. Can you post them in this forum or e-mail them to me?

    thanks,
    mark

Cloudflare's Help page surely must cover the same stuff? https://www.cloudflare.com/help.html

Personally I haven't seen any change since enabling it on my shared site. I suppose what's happening is the server mod they installed is automatically fixing my visitor urls for me.
