As a followup on my earlier comments about problems getting a response: I emailed Matt and he quickly responded with the answers I needed. I am now hosting here and have tried the chat feature again and was able to get the help I needed. My card was promptly billed and the account created in less than an hour. My pages are up and all is well in the hosting world at WHB. Now if this spam filter works as well as advertised, I will sing praises of WHB across the Internet!

Out of the 2500 messages handled by this firewall already, roughly 22% were legit mail (ham). Rest was spam/viruses/etc. At this point it's on a 'cautious' mode so I can keep an eye on everything to ensure nobody malfunctions..working like a charm

Not for everyone in the beta testing group, we're slowing deploying it to all the beta testers. It has however checked over 20,000 messages so far...about 6.25% of those were Ham.

I know one of my domains gets a severe amount of Spam... I'm talking hundreds a day.... the vast majority to one account, he complains daily.

Sorry, you'll get an update soon. We had a very minor misconfig error (we have 2 MailFoundries up and running, and we got the two confused) which delayed testing of our own personal emails.... but it's all good now. I haven't had a spam email in 3 days

Please correct that config soon!!!! I've eaten about as much spam as I care to and I'm ready to start eating high on the hog. My wife keeps saying "Well, that new filter doesn't seem to be working." I just tell her it isn't turned on yet. Hope to here from you soon and enjoy the holiday.
