Billing Tickets - Delay

Hi All,

Adverse weather conditions have resulted in staff shortages (our billing department is very understaffed today).

As a result, all non urgent billing inquiries will be answered tomorrow.

Apologies for any inconveniences that this causes.

We're getting back to speed on this. We're down to around 50 tickets (peaked at 150) and working through them slowly.
