First you should avoid spamming and start posting your links to a good website with high page ranks.Do blog commenting and social bookmarking as much as possible.

1.Your primary keywords should appear in your meta-tags,
2. optimize the density of your keywords.
3.Many Image has missing alt tags.
4.URL Canonicalization
5.Nested Tables(try to avoid it )

Try to use H2 Tags often and when required.

Hope you have done research with Title and Meta Description !

As i see you are using Joomla , then there are various SEO components you can try them.

ON-Site is more important than Off site seo.

keep on posting unique posts(relevant).

Then you can think about a good off site SEO
