malware on my websites

i have found certain maleware attacks and other problems from last one month and especially on reviews66.com
recently i bought theme NEWS from studio press and whenever i want to change to that theme white screen appears and after that when delete the NEWS and GENISIS wordpress theme files using ftp , my default theme changed
guide me in this respect how can i fully check and secure my blogs from malwares and viruses

Delete files from the server. Upload again the files. Then send review to Google about the removal of the virus
